A second judge has refused to grant bail to Sean “Diddy” Combs after the disgraced entertainment star’s lawyers had requested he be allowed to await his sex trafficking trial at his luxury home on an island near Miami Beach, rather than a grim federal jail in Brooklyn.

U.S. attorney Damian Williams detailed the charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs during a press conference on Tuesday, which allege Combs engaged in sex trafficking, arson and racketeering.
